Linda Pickard, PhD

Linda is one of our prime inventors of processes and tools and a skilled facilitator who is often called upon to assist with difficult client situations. She founded Pickard & Laws after a multi-faceted career in nutritional sciences (public health and acute care), food research, academia (training of graduate students in community health) and consulting in organizational development. Linda’s interest in the impact of leadership on the well-being of individuals, organizations, communities and nations led her to establish a second company in 2000, MyLeadership (www.myleadership.com). It supports and enhances Pickard & Laws initiatives and is a tool and a learning place for leader-managers anywhere in their day-to-day challenges.
