Richard Laws, M.B.A.

A native of Montreal, Richard brings a wealth of experience and expertise in operations, marketing, finance and general management to the challenge of growing Pickard & Laws and My Leadership Corporation. He is a former CEO of a Canadian food ingredient company and General Manager of a meat processing firm in Quebec which he and his team resurrected from bankruptcy for Imasco its new owner at the time. Prior to these assignments, he held a variety of senior management positions at Canada Packers, now Maple Leaf Foods. His familiarity with the Quebec marketplace and bilingualism is a valued asset for our clients with operations in Quebec.

Richard believes leaders within organizations can ensure their success through wise strategic decisions and by satisfying stakeholders through excellence in execution. Over the longer term, he feels positive career growth and personal fulfillment will require continued strategic and operational excellence along with the relentless pursuit of leadership literacy.
