Traditional problem-solving techniques often fall short for tackling complex situations. Simple brainstorming doesn\u2019t help when the answers are not known and have to be discovered. This workshop teaches managers how avoid group think and lead employees through better ways to generate ideas. Techniques such as improv, speedstorming and creative problem-solving will be practiced. Managers will learn why the ability to elicit laughter and a sense of fun helps \u201cleaven\u201d the journey for employees.
