"We achieved our productivity goal within two years, then, greatly exceeded it within four years. With Linda’s help we revised and updated our Strategic Plan. Based on this renewed focus, we grew organically beyond all our expectations. Within a six-year window, we expanded from a staff of 18 managing approximately 300 patients to a staff of 53 with greater than 5000 patients participating in clinical trials.
