Linda is an award-winning facilitator, speaker, and designer of interactive learning environments. McMaster Centre for Continuing Education (CCE) named Linda Instructor of the Year in 2010. Her design of CCE’s leadership program for staff won five programs awards.

She is an adjunct instructor at McMaster and Brock Universities and owner and president of Pickard & Laws, which specializes in strategic planning and leadership development.

Linda holds a Ph.D. in educational psychology.
